I bring extensive experience in strategy and design of social impact programs with a systems thinking approach. With a perspective on ‘theory of change’, the focus is on achieving long-term impact without losing sight of short-term deliverables and mid-term outcomes. Evaluation is woven in as part of the program strategy. This is accompanied by meticulous planning to aid implementation.
Ecosystem development entails cultivating a collaborative network of stakeholders including NGOs, businesses, and communities. This approach enhances the project's scalability, resilience, and overall effectiveness in creating lasting social change. Multi-stakeholder mobilization is core to my work in social impact. My projects are accompanied by extensive research in stakeholder influence and interest.
I have simultaneously delivered several large programs internationally working with teams from different cultures and in multiple geographies. I have held roles of both being the program director and a specialist track lead. My approach focuses on consolidation of disparate businesses and initiatives under an aspired single vision and mission by creating alignment, accountability, and development - all informed by a systemic mindset.
Working with the 'theory of change' in mind, I focus on building impact through the entire project lifecycle. Systematic methods are employed to measure the project's impact on targeted beneficiaries, communities, or societal issues. This data-driven approach informs decision-making, enhances accountability, and ensures that initiatives contribute meaningfully to positive social change. I remain cognizant to power dynamics and hidden conflict through the evaluation process.
Having worked in leadership position in PR, I have acquired specialist skills in reputation management and brand communication. I bring a systemic understanding of creating stakeholder impact through communication and branding. I employ compelling narratives, data visualization, and strategic messaging to articulate the project's achievements. Transparent and engaging communication fosters support, builds credibility, and amplifies positive impact.
While working with team members of various skills sets and at different levels of development, I proactively work towards fostering collaboration, enhancing skills, and aligning individuals with a shared mission. I design and facilitate training, promote effective communication, and build a culture of innovation and resilience with the teams that I work with. This ensures that teams are well-equipped to navigate challenges and achieve sustainable, impactful outcomes.
